  • 2 oz Rum – Bacardi Light
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • Mint sprigs

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add mint sprigs to bottom of glass. Add ice to top of glass.
  • Add rum, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker.  Add a bunch of mint sprigs to the shaker. Add ice all the way to the top of the shaker.  Shake to proper dilution.
  • Double strain into glass. Top off with soda/seltzer water. Add fresh mint as garnish.
