INGREDIENTS

For the Spicy Tuna Roll:

  • 3 oz. Yellowfin Tuna, finely chopped
  • 1/2 oz. Sriracha Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 ea. Nori Sheet
  • 4 oz. Sushi Rice
  • 1/2 oz. Cucumber, buttons
  • 1/4 oz. Furikake seasoning (optional)
  • .2 oz. Wasabi
  • .3 oz. Pickled Ginger

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS

  • Thinly chop the tuna and place in a bowl.  Add sriracha mayonnaise to chopped tuna and mix.
  • Lay the nori on a chopping board. Evenly spread the rice over the nori.  Sprinkle with the Furikake seasoning if available. Turn the rice and nori over.  Place the spicey tuna mix and the cut cucumbers in the center of the nori.  Roll, keeping the nori on the inside and the rice on the outside.  Slice the roll into 8 even pieces.
  • Present on a plate. Garnish with wasabi and ginger.
