INGREDIENTS

2 sugar cubes
8 drops Angostura® bitters
1 ounce brandy
½ ounce Grand Marnier or orange liqueur
8 ounces chilled Champagne
Orange twist, for garnish

Place one sugar cube in each Champagne glass and saturate each with 4 drops of Angostura bitters. Then add the spirits. Top with Champagne and stir. Garnish with the orange twist and serve.
