Coconut Cranberry Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 lb butter softened
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
3 cups dried cranberries
3-1/2 cups oatmeal
1-1/2 cups coconut flakes
1-1/2 cups toasted pecans

For the Coconut Cranberry Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl blend softened butter and sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time while blending.
Then add vanilla.
In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients and mix together.
Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture.
Bake on parchment lined sheet pans for approximately 14 minutes.
