  • 1.5 oz Soda Water

  • Glass: Strahl / Crosshatched Highball Glass
  • Garnish: Cucumber Slice
  • Fresh Sour: Equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup.
  • Instructions: Muddle lime wedge, cucumber and mint in a mixing tin. Add ice, shake and pour into the glass. Top with soda water.
