  • Ocho Blanco Tequila – 50ml​
  • Cointreau Liqueur – 15ml​
  • Orange Marmalade – 1 teaspoon​
  • Lime Juice – 25ml​
  • Cranberry Juice – 25ml​

For the Elves behaving badly​:
  • Add the lime Juice, cranberry juice, and marmalade to the cocktail shaker, and give it a good stir to dissolve the marmalade.​
  • Add the tequila and Cointreau.​
  • Top up with ice (a few cubes or a handful – drinker’s choice!)​
  • Shake-shake-shake it up.​
  • Fine strain the drink into a glass – a martini glass if you have one.​
  • Garnish with a little candy floss on the edge of the glass and serve.​
