  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the butter and oil over medium heat then add the cleaned shrimp. Add garlic and orange juice and cook until the shrimp are pink. Add parsley and season to taste. Finish with the vanilla extract.
