  • Mahi Mahi Fish
For the Hawaiian Fruit Salsa:
  • ½ papaya, diced
  • ½ pineapple, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced very finely
  • ¼ c chopped chives
  • juice of 1 lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS

For the Hawaiian Fruit Salsa:
  • Add all ingredients to bowl and mix together. Season to taste.
For the Mahi Mahi:
  • Lightly oil the grill. Heat grill. Prepare fillets with olive oil, salt and pepper. Squeeze a little fresh lemon on it too if you like. Cook 2-4 minutes on each side until done (depends on thickness). Cook skin side up first, then carefully flip. Serve each fillet with fruit salsa on top. Delicious!
