  • 2 oz Rum – Bacardi Light
  • 2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate liqueur
  • 2 oz Simple syrup
  • Scoop of ice
  • Club soda
  • Mint sprigs

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add mint sprigs to shaker and muddle. Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and pomegranate liqueur to a shaker.  Add ice all the way to the top of the shaker.  Shake.
  • Pour into glass. Top off with soda/seltzer water. Add fresh mint as garnish.
