INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped

For the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg, vanilla and milk and beat to combine. Add dry ingredients and slowly mix until combined.
  • Roll dough into balls (should have about 40) and drop into a mini muffin pan. Bake 8 minutes and upon removal, press peanut butter cup into cookie. Let cool until easy to handle and remove to wire rack to school completely.
