GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS

Created by Royal Caribbean’s head of food and beverage, these Smoked Barbecue Ribs are perfect for a backyard celebration like the Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day. They are typically dry-rubbed, smoked and slow-cooked on the grill for hours!

To get the “fall off the bone” tenderness, after you have slow-cooked the ribs for three hours, pour a mixture of barbecue sauce (1/4 cup) and water (1/4 cup) over the ribs, wrap them in foil and cook for another hour before serving them with your favorite Southern-style side.

Pro tip: If you are on the Wonder or Utopia of the Seas, there is definitely more Southern comfort food, in addition to this, at The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant.

The Smoked Barbecue Ribs are a viral trend!
