  • 1 oz. Boiron mango puree
  • 2 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. The Bitter Truth Golden Falernum
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pusser’s Navy Rum
  • 1 scoop Cubed ice

For the Tohu!
  • Prepare a pineapple leaf garnish
  • Chill a wine glass and put to one side
  • Add all ingredients into a blender cup with a scoop of cubed ice
  • Blend for 20 seconds or until nice and smooth
  • Pour into wine glass and affix the pineapple leaf onto the rim of the glass
