INGREDIENTS

For the Cake:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk

For the Topping:

  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • whip egg whites to stiff peaks
  • slowly add in sugar
  • next add yolks one at a time
  • slowly add in rest of ingredients (rotate between adding flour, baking powder and milk)
  • pour contents into dish
  • bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until no longer wet in the middle
  • pull finished cake out and let cool for 30 minutes
  • poke a bunch of small holes all over the cake using a butter knife or fork
  • mix your heavy cream, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk altogether and pour on top of cake
  • set aside in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
